Robert P. Schuster, P.C., limits its practice to only three types of cases: complex commercial cases (mainly intellectual property), white collar criminal defense, and personal injury. Each case is different and each case requires a different resource team.  Rather than the case being dependent on the existing, static staff of a big strip mall-like law firm, our clients receive the specialized resources that their case requires and deserves.

Robert P.Schuster, P.C., is not a firm with hundreds of lawyers, each of them assigned to one of many departments within the firm — a legal strip mall. To the extent those firms try to be all-service for everything, they have people and departments as tired and non-cutting-edge as the strip malls they have come to emulate.
