Our Team Approach
Robert P. Schuster, P.C., limits its practice to only three types of cases: complex commercial cases (mainly intellectual property), white collar criminal defense, and personal injury. Each case is different and each case requires a different resource team. Rather than the case being dependent on the existing, static staff of a big strip mall-like law firm, our clients receive the specialized resources that their case requires and deserves.
Robert P.Schuster, P.C., is not a firm with hundreds of lawyers, each of them assigned to one of many departments within the firm — a legal strip mall. To the extent those firms try to be all-service for everything, they have people and departments as tired and non-cutting-edge as the strip malls they have come to emulate.
Robert P. Schuster, P.C., is successful because Bob Schuster is at the center of every case the firm accepts. He is the primary lawyer and its driving force. His full personal attention and unrelenting commitment to each case is a hallmark of the firm’s reputation. And the success of the firm is directly related to the excellence of the team of lawyers, researchers, assistants, consultants, investigators, media and public affairs specialists, and document management specialists that Bob Schuster tailors for the specific needs of each particular client. In their respective areas of expertise, each resource team member is nationally distinguished, yet independent and thoroughly accomplished on their own.
Ours is a model analogous to the Internet, where resources can be assembled based on the needs of the particular case and where the expert or consultant utilized is chosen based on true quality and suitability to the case. Our clients are too important and too special to do otherwise.
