Timothy K. Newcomb
Timothy K. Newcomb has maintained a national appellate practice in both civil and criminal cases for his entire career. This focus, together with the success of his appellate work, has demonstrated his deserved reputation for thoroughness and excellence in both legal research and writing.
Mr. Newcomb received his undergraduate education at the University of Houston, and his law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 1988. Thereafter, he received a LL.M. degree from New York University in constitutional and interpretive theory. Upon his return to Wyoming, he was a law clerk for the Wyoming Supreme Court from 1989 to 1991. He is also the co-author of The Wyoming Constitution: A Reference Guide.
In addition to his background in legal research, Mr. Newcomb brings a unique practical perspective to a range of cases handled by our firm, particularly those concerning intellectual property. Mr. Newcomb has served as General Counsel and Director of Research to eSwarm, a web-based startup that introduced an innovative group-buying model to the Internet.
