Document Management
A consequence of maintaining a national law practice is the need for sophisticated document reproduction, storage, and management. Documents — whether received from the client, gathered by the resource team during the progress of the case, or produced from the opposing side — must be available digitally. But they also need to be accessible for the different members of the team relevant to the particular case.
Our firm employs two basic approaches for document management: a firm that reproduces and creates electronic images of the documents as well as cloud storage to maximize accessibility of the documents for all team members while protecting them in a secure repository.
